How Spies Think
I've recently been reading a book by John Braddock called "A Spy's Guide to Thinking". It's an interesting take on the thought processes that spies go through for pretty much any situation, how they make choices and how they analyze what's happening. Braddock relates the concepts of DADA (Data, Analysis, Decision, Action) and zero-sum games toa situation on a bus where a junkie wants to steal his phone. It's fascinating that he can think through all that stuff in that short period of time.
